Your effects are pointless because they are on the opposite side of your render, so in a sense you have two focals. In most cases it is usually best to keep your effects around your render. The lighting is more like fog than lighting. If you are going to blur a brush as lighting (i think that's what you did) make several layers and set them all to soft light/overlay. You don't want it to cover such a large area either. Text is alright, but the placement is bad. The focal of the render is the head, not the boobs, so that is where you should put the text... nearer to her head/neck. You are still learning... so am I. Sorry if I seem critical I'm just trying to help. This sig looks a lot better when I cover the left side with my hand.
