looks much better I do not like the border though. Text is better. I would change those lights/sparks/whatever to a different opacity or put that layer on overlay or soft light or something subtle. Perhaps get rid of them all together and put them closer to your render...
Like maybe (if it was a brush), downsize it and put it behind your render and blur it a bit to give more depth. Then with regular size put it at the front... just a thought. not sure if you will understand what I'm saying... but it is better to have your FX around the render, otherwise they should be much more subtle
