Compliments:
1. You used colors from the render and integrated them into the BG.
2. You used some sort of c4d.

Critique:
1. It needs some sort of lighting
2. The render is smudged a little too much around the edges
3. Text is bad
4. More effects, like c4ds, fractals, stocks (set at a low opacity behind your render)

It's a good start, and I'm sure your next will be even better.
